Irrigation survey & design for large-scale projects

Irrigation survey and design shaped by real-world farming experience.

Certified irrigation designer, grounded in practice

Large-scale irrigation projects are at KLC’s core. With a background in irrigation farming, our approach is grounded in a clear understanding of how water moves across curved surfaces and in the design and operation of farm irrigation systems.

Led by a certified irrigation designer, our work supports projects where large-scale irrigation projects must be planned carefully, constructed accurately, and operated reliably over time.

Our irrigation design and construction process

Our process brings together surveying, design, construction, and testing to ensure clarity at every stage.

Survey

We begin with a detailed survey using a Trimble rover system connected to the CORS network.

Design

We import survey data into Terramodel, where we design and calculate volumes.

Construction

We use survey data to guide our on-site works and ensure regular communication throughout the construction process.

Testing and sign off

We review, test, and sign off once the work is complete.

As-built survey (completion survey)

Here, we complete a detailed post-construction survey comparing the project’s final physical conditions with the original scope/design plans to identify any required deviations.
