KLC Solutions operates a sandstone quarry in the Tabbita area, supplying materials for civil projects across the Griffith and Leeton region. The quarry produces sandstone graded to TfNSW specifications, including DGS 20mm and DGS 40mm, and we test material during each blast and crushing run to confirm compliance. The quarry supplies materials to our civil works and subcontract projects and is overseen by KLC Solutions’ director and founder, Luke Condon, a Quarry Manager (Unrestricted Tier 2). We support material supply with delivery to site through KLC’s in-house transport and logistics capabilities.

We start with a site meeting to learn the land (including boundaries and topography), establish what work is required, how to stage it, and what we need to consider before delivery begins.
We then carry out a detailed land survey. Here, we identify potential challenges related to aspects like site conditions, water movement, access, and sequencing, allowing us to address risks early.
Irrigation surveys provide the data needed to plan water movement and drainage effectively. We import survey data into our design software, where drawings and modellings support informed planning and cost analysis.
We hold a presentation meeting where we assess the proposed design and drawings to confirm they are practical, buildable, and aligned with site conditions.
We develop project budgets that include the bill of materials and clear lists of required activities with associated costs.
We hold regular project meetings at the start and end of each stage to review progress and ensure you’re satisfied with our delivery. At the project’s end, we conduct a project review with you to gather feedback, support continuous improvement, and acknowledge what worked well and the successes we achieved together.
